Chocolate Nut Banana Protein Shake (V,GF, DF)
I make this for breakfast when I’m counting my macros. I use Plant based protein powder because whey protein powder just doesn’t work for me if I have too much. I have tried a few vegan protein powders and I really like Form- chocolate peanut. It tastes good, not too artificially sweet. It’s made with pea, rice and hemp protein 🌱
This recipe is 315 kcals, 37P/5C/16F (protein, carb, fat)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place all the ingredients into a smoothie maker or blender and blend until smooth
* Step 2
To make it even nicer use frozen banana- chop your old bananas into coins and freeze. They are ready to use whenever you need them.
