Vietnamese style meatballs
We went to Vietnam last year and just loved the food there. Its very aromatic with lots of dipping sauces. This is my version of banh mi.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine all the ingredients and mix well in a bowl.
* Step 2
Portion out the mixture into golf ball sized patties.
* Step 3
Fry until golden brown on all sides and cooked through.
* Step 4
Serve with rice and pak choi or in a roll with spicy mayonnaise and Asian pickles.
