Chocolate tiffin

Unable to find decent tiffin anywhere I decided to make my own - everyone loved it 🤎

Ingredient

100 g

butter

50 g

raisins

3 tablespoons

cocoa powder

3 tablespoons

syrup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Gather ingredients

Put biscuits into a bag and bash into small pieces but not crumbs

* Step 3

Slowly melt butter and syrup

Add crushed biscuits, cocoa and raisins

* Step 5

Slowly melt the chocolate in a dish over boiling water

* Step 6

Grease a cake tin (I used a 20cm square tin)

* Step 7

Add the biscuit mixture to the cake tin

* Step 8

Cover with the chocolate and set in the fridge for a couple of hours

For best results keep in the fridge
