Chutney Chayote buttermilk kuzhambu

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pressure cook chayote for 1 whistle.

* Step 2

Whisk buttermilk nicely. Add turmeric powder, salt to it. Grind the ingredients into a fine paste.

* Step 3

In a pan add Chayote, buttermilk mixture, grinded paste, and mix well.

* Step 4

Boil for a few minutes till the froth comes to send switch off the flame.

* Step 5

In a pan add oil when it is hot add Mustard seeds when it splutters adds the thadka to the kuzhambu.
