Capsicum Besan Sabji

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and cut the capsicum into small pieces. Cut onion and keep it aside.
* Step 2
In a pan add oil when it is hot add cumin seeds. When it turns brown, add onion. Saute for a few minutes till it becomes soft.
* Step 3
Then add the capsicum pieces,turmeric powder, hing, red chilli powder and salt.
* Step 4
Cover the lid and cook for a few minutes till it is cooked. Open the lid add Besan flour, garam masala powder.
* Step 5
Mix well and saute for a few minutes. Switch off the flame and garnish with Coarinder leaves.
