Bajji Batter Beans Paruppuusli

Chana dal

2 tbsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and cut the beans into small pieces. Pressure cook for 2 whistles.

* Step 2

In a pan add oil when it is hot add Mustard seeds when it splutter add chana dal, hing and curry leaves.

* Step 3

Add the bajji batter,turmeric powder and salt.

* Step 4

Saute on a medium flame till it becomes a granual consistency. Add the beans, mix well and saute for 5 minutes.

* Step 5

Switch off the flame.
