Ingredient

6 cups

wheat flour

as per taste

Salt

1/2 tsp

carom seeds

1/4 tsp

cumin seeds

as required

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make the dough of wheat flour adding dal.

* Step 2

Add salt and all spices.

* Step 3

Make soft and smooth dough.

* Step 4

Rest for 10 minutes.

* Step 5

Heat oil and make small pooris.

* Step 6

Fry both sides till golden brown.

* Step 7

Serve with any pickle or curd.
