Dhaba style Dal Tadka

Serve with steam rice or hot chapati #Dal #Post 7

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak dal for 1/2hr

* Step 2

Pressure cook with salt and turmeric for 1 whistle

* Step 3

After steam open the lid and check the consistency

* Step 4

If need water then add and boil open

* Step 5

Heat ghee in a pan

* Step 6

Put cumin seeds and dry red chilli

* Step 7

Now put ginger,garlic and green chilli

* Step 8

Put onions and saute well

* Step 9

Now add tomatoes and cook well

* Step 10

Add degi mirch and garam masala

* Step 11

Pour tadka on dal

* Step 12

Garnish with coriander leaves
