You can make plain idlis and mix in the tadka

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make the better of sooji and curd
* Step 2
Mix all vegies and stir well
* Step 3
Keep aside for 15 minutes
* Step 5
Put curry patta and mustard seeds
* Step 6
When crackle pour in the better and mix well
* Step 8
Put eno in the mixture and mix it
* Step 9
Pour the better in the moulds and make idlis
* Step 10
Serve with chutney or Sambhar
