Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the dal for 2hrs

* Step 2

Strain and grind with.asafoetida,chillies,cumin seeds,Coriander leaves

* Step 3

Now rest the paste for 1hr

* Step 4

Add salt and beat well with palms

* Step 5

Heat oil

* Step 6

Make small laddos and fry till golden brown

* Step 7

Serve with chutney and raddish lacha
