Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Make the better of besan and water

* Step 2

Whisk it well till pouring consistency

* Step 3

Add chopped vegies and mix well

* Step 4

Add salt and carrom seeds

* Step 5

Put coriander leaves and mix well

* Step 6

Heat a non stick tawa grease with little oil

* Step 7

Pour 1 ladle better and spread it

* Step 8

Pour little oil on the sides and turn it

* Step 9

Cook both sides

* Step 10

Pack with sauce
