Ingredient

1 tsp

besan

As per taste

Salt

1/4 tsp

chat masala

As required

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the potatoes in fingers.

* Step 2

Wash and drain them.

* Step 3

When wet sprinkle besan and salt on it.

* Step 4

Mix with palms.

* Step 5

Heat oil and fry them.

* Step 6

Sprinkle chat masala in it.

* Step 7

Pack in the tiffin.
