Ingredient

1/2 kg

yam

As needed

Salt

1/4 tsp

cumin seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel and wash the yam

* Step 2

Dry it and deep fry it

* Step 3

Put oil in a cooker

* Step 4

Put cumin seeds

* Step 5

Put chopped onion and ginger garlic paste

* Step 6

Saute it

* Step 7

Put tomato puree and cook it.

* Step 8

Season with salt and all the masalas

* Step 9

Add yam and peas suate in the masala.

* Step 10

Put 2 Cups water.

* Step 11

Cook till 2 whistles

* Step 12

Serve with chapati
