basmati rice

cumin seeds

1 piece

dalchini

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak rice for 10 minutes

* Step 2

Heat oil in a cooker

* Step 3

Put cumin seeds and all whole garam masalas

* Step 4

Crackle them

* Step 5

Now add onions julians

* Step 6

Cook them till golden brown

* Step 7

Add salt and stir well

* Step 8

Put rice and 1 glass water

* Step 9

Stir and cook till 1 whistle

* Step 10

Open and garnish with coriander leaves

* Step 11

Serve with mix raita
