Whole wheat Jaggery Pancakes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a pan add warm water & jaggery to it. cover & let it rest for 10min till jaggery melts.
* Step 2
Then add sifted flour to jaggery syrup, & baking soda & curd, mix well & make a smooth batter.
* Step 3
Heat a pan, pour batter on hot pan, make thick pancakes, add butter & flip, cook on both sides till golden brown, serve hot.
