Gnocchi in creamy tomato sauce with cheesy garlic toast

#cookwithcookpad #debjanirrannaghar I love italian food & wanted to try gnocchi since a long time so made it with my favourite italian sauce.

Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 servings

Cooking time :

30 minutes
1 tsp

oil

1 tbsp

Garlic

1 tsp

Oregano

1/4 tsp

Black pepper

1/4 tsp

Sugar

1 tsp

Ketchup

1 tbsp

Butter

1 tbsp

Basil

2 tbsp

Fresh cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix boiled & mashed potato with maida & cheese & salt & make a dough, cut them into small balls & press lightly with fork & keep aside

* Step 2

Boil water in a vessel add 1tsp oil to water & little salt then add shaped gnocchi & boil it till all the gnocchi floats to the surface, then strain the water & pour some chilled water over it to stop the cooking process.

* Step 3

Take a sauce pan, add butter to it, then add garlic cook for 2min, then add tomato puree, salt, sugar, oregano, chilli flakes, black pepper & ketchup mix well & let it cook for 5-10min more.

* Step 4

Then add the gnocchi into the sauce, add fresh cream & gream cheese mix lightly, add fresh basil & serve hot with garlic toast.
