Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the beaten rice for 2 times and rinse through. put in a strainer.Heat little bit oil or butter in a pan. Roast the peanuts.
* Step 2
In the same pan, heat more oil.When it is hot, put some curry leaves and slited chilies. Let them splutter.Then put onions and salt. Saute until it's little golden brown.
* Step 3
Put 2 eggs straight in the pan. Scramble and mix with veggies.
Season with turmeric and salt, if requires.Add peanuts and cleaned poha. Mix well.
* Step 4
Lastly add some chopped coriander leaves. That's it..
Now it is ready to dish out. Serve with a dash of lime juice and sev.
