#plantainrecipecontest I love plantain because it dosnt take long to cook. This dish can go with bread, white rice, jollof rice or even can be eating alone.

Dice plantain and fry

Slice cabbage, wash, put little oil in the pan and add the cabbage

After the cabbage has soften a little then add in your plantain

Break the egg, add in chopped bell peppers and onion and maggi

Beat the egg and add to the plantain and cabbage

Allow to fry together and turn constantly. And its ready
