Fried plantain with steamed cabbage and egg

I love plantain because it dosnt take long to cook. This dish can go with bread, white rice, jollof rice or even can be eating alone.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 3
Slice cabbage, wash, put little oil in the pan and add the cabbage
* Step 4
After the cabbage has soften a little then add in your plantain
* Step 5
Break the egg, add in chopped bell peppers and onion and maggi
* Step 6
Beat the egg and add to the plantain and cabbage
* Step 7
Allow to fry together and turn constantly. And its ready
