Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly chopped onion, ginger, garlic and put it into grinder and make paste.
* Step 2
Then chopped methi leaves and carrots.
* Step 3
Now take kadhai put oil heat it, then put cumin seeds and spluter them.
* Step 4
Then put onion paste and saute it. Then put coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, gram masala powder and saute it till oil separated.
* Step 5
Then add methi, carrots saute it, then on sim cook it for 10 minutes.
* Step 6
After switch off the gas. Served with chappati, poori.
