Vegetables Pulao

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly soaked rice in water.
* Step 2
Take water in one bowl put coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt and make paste, keep aside.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a cooker add cumin splutter them, add bay leaves.
* Step 4
Then put prepared paste and saute for 2 min.
* Step 5
Now add potatoes, cauliflower, soya nuggets and saute for 2 min.
* Step 6
After that add rice and saute for 5 min.
* Step 7
Then add 2 cup water and cover the cooker and give one whistle.
* Step 8
Your Vegetables pulao is ready for serving.
