Rava Idli

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly soaked Rava and Urad Dal powder both in buttermilk for 1 hour.
* Step 2
After one hour check the consistency of batter and add some buttermilk and salt, mix it properly.
* Step 3
Take cooker remove the whistle and rubber, put water and boiled it.
* Step 4
Now take Idli stand grease it and put batter in it.
* Step 5
Then put the Idli stand in cooked and steamed the Idli for 5 minutes.
* Step 6
Served with chutney, sambhar.
