vanilla essence

pumpkin seeds

dessicated coconut

water

3/4 cup

sugar

1 teaspoon

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take pan put sugar, water, lemon juice and cinnamon powder and make sugar syrup, after making sugar syrup put it for cold.

Then take bowl put semolina, milk, coconut, sugar, curd, melted butter and vanilla essence and mix it nicely.

Then take microwave mould grease it, then put batter in it and tap it. On top spread dessicated coconut and pumpkin seeds.

Now in preheated microwave on 180 degree centigrade bake it for 20 minutes. Then check it with tootkpick. Now on cake top spread sugar syrup.
