Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly soak the sabudana for 2 hours then rinse it.

Then take bowl put sabudana, water chestnuts flour and make dough with the help of milk. After that make small balls with dough.

Meanwhile take pan put 1 bowl water, sugar, kesar, cardamom and give one boil.
* Step 4
Then put sabudana balls and give boils and on sim gas cooked for 5 minutes.
* Step 5
Your Vrat rasgulla is ready for relish.
