Malabar Fish Coconut Curry

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

Coriander powder

1 teaspoon

chilli powder

1 tablespoon

curry leaves

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly soaked kokum in salted lukewarm water.

* Step 2

Heat oil in kadhai add onion, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves and saute it.

* Step 3

After that add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and saute till onions become golden brown.

* Step 4

Then add kokum gravy and then add fish.

* Step 5

Cooked fish on low flame, when fish cooked and gravy becomes thick. Switch off the flame.

* Step 6

Your Fish is ready for enjoying with rice or roti.
