Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take makhana powder, Peanut powder red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, 2 potatoes and knead tight dough.

* Step 2

Then make small balls and deep fried from high flame to low flame.

* Step 3

Now in curd add beetroot.

* Step 4

Then take bowl put balls then add curd, sprinkles cumin powder,rock salt, red chilli powder. Granish with beetroot.
