Poha Appe Tikka

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly soaked Poha in buttermilk for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Then divide poha in three parts. In one part add spinach red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix it nicely.
* Step 3
In second part add carrots red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix it nicely.
* Step 4
In third parts add red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix it nicely.
* Step 5
Then grease the appe pan and put all types of mixture in it.
* Step 6
Now put appe pan on gas and make it for 15 minutes from filiping both sides.
* Step 7
Then in screwer arrange all appe like tikka.
* Step 8
Served with sauce and chutney.
