Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly knead a soft dough adding salt.
* Step 2
Then boiled the chana dal not over boiled. After that grind the chana dal adding dry red chilli, hing, salt, jeera powder.
* Step 3
Then take dough like Puri size ball and in the centre put chana dal mixture and closed it.
* Step 4
Then with the help of rolling pin and board make Puri and deep fry it.
* Step 5
Served with any types of raita.
