Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the paayy in the handi, ginger garlic paste,whole spices and 2 glass of water.

* Step 2

Cover with lid and cook on medium flame for 15 to 20minutes.

* Step 3

Add onion paste,tomato paste,all the spice and oil.

* Step 4

Mix well, cook on high flame for 5minutes.

* Step 5

Add 12 glasses water and cover.

* Step 6

Cook on medium flame for 45 minutes.

* Step 7

Then add garam masala powder and mix.

* Step 8

Serve hot with naan and rice.
