Chana masala

Ingredient

200 gms

white channa

to taste

Salt

2 teaspoon

chana masala

1/2 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 teaspoon

garam masala

2 tbsp

Refined oil

1/2 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1/2 teaspoon

coriander powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soaked chana in water 4-5hours

* Step 2

Boiled chana in pressure cooker after adding salt.

* Step 3

Now in one pan or kadhai heat the refined oil.

* Step 4

Put onion paste in this.

* Step 5

When onion changes it's colour put garlic ginger paste in this.

* Step 6

After that add tomato paste in this.

* Step 7

Now add all other ingredients haldi, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, chana masala and salt.

* Step 8

When gravy is ready add boiled chana.

* Step 9

Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

* Step 10

Masala chanais ready to eat.
