3 spice fried brinjal

A mouthwatering dish . Three spices are red chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder.

Ingredient

4 to 5 persons

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First wash well the vegetables

Make cuts in them

Mix all spices in lemon juice and fill in the cuts

* Step 4

Now grease the pan with 2 tb sp oil and place upsidedown in pan. cover with lid.

Turn the vegetables when done from a side. cover lid again.

* Step 6

Dish out when done. serve with plain zeera rice or roti. As you like
