1 1/4 cup

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Seive all-purpose flour 2 times.

Add malai, milk powder,sugar,1 cup milk in mix jar

Grind it together

Then add all-purpose flour little little and grind it.add baking powder and vanilla essence Add milk if Requierd. Make a medium batter

Remove batter equally in two Vessels.Add cocoa powder in one portion mix it.

Grease cake mould with ghee or butter and sprincle all-purpose flour on it.

Add baking soda in both the batters and mix it fastly in one direction

Pour one battet in mould let it spread. Pour second batter on it

Repeat it again and pour batter one by one

Make a flower shape with tooth pick

Preheat Pressure cooker on full flame for 5 minutes. Remove whistle and ring. Low the flame and keep mould in it.cover it with lid. And bake it for 40-45 Minutes on low flame. Check with toothpick after 45 minutes. If cake bakes off the flame otherwise cook for more 5-7 minutes.

Delicious super spongy zebra cake is ready. Serve it hot or cool it and serve.
