Jowar (sorghum) dosa

Ingredient

3/4 cup

gram flour

1 inch

ginger

1/4 t tsp

carom seeds

As per taste

Salt

1/2 cup

curd

1/2 tsp

cumin powder

1 pinch

Asafoetida

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Seive all the flours.

* Step 2

Mix all the flours in large mixing bowl.

* Step 3

Make a paste of ginger, garlic and green chillies and curry leaves

* Step 4

Add previous paste in flour. Add salt, turmeric cream, Asafoetida,carrom seeds, curd and water as required. Make a batter like normal dosa or chilla batter. Keep it for rest 15-20 minutes minimum.

* Step 5

Head griddle pour little oil on it and Spread batter on it. Pour oils from sides too.

* Step 6

Shallow fry from both the sides by flipping it.

* Step 7

Serve it hot with coconut chutany or tomato sauce or as per taste.
