Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Seive all-purpose flour add salt, carom seeds, cumin seeds, hot oil, curry leaves mix it well. And make a dough using lukewarm water.
* Step 2
Put this dough for rest 15-20 minutes.
* Step 3
Pick a small ball from dough and make a thin puri of it. Make puries with all the dough.
* Step 4
Keep one puri on board Spread oil on it sprinkle dry flour on it keep second puri repeat the process and keep 5-6 puries.
* Step 5
Now make a tight roll of it.
* Step 7
Press with palms and roll it little.
* Step 8
Heat oil in kadhai and deep fry it on medium to low flame.
* Step 9
Fry golden brown by flipping it. Remove it from oil
* Step 10
This is best compliment with tea.
