Ingredient

1/2 cup

Curd

1 tbsp

Milk

1 pinch

Sugar

to taste

Salt

1/4 tsp

Urad dal

1/4 tsp

Ginger

1/2 tsp

Cumin

pinch

Hing

1/4 tsp

Ghee

as needed

Green coriander

as needed

Pomegranate

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For sweet curd rice mix curd, sugar and milk in a bowl, mix it properly add rest of ingredients and put in refrigerator serve cool.

* Step 2

For normal curd rice - mix curd, milk, salt and sugar in rice mix it well.

* Step 3

Heat a pan add ghee in it..add mustard seeds, cumin, hing and Urad dal in it.. When Urad dal changes it's colour, add cashues, green chilli, ginger paste and curry leaves saute it and add this tadka in rice. Add pomegranate and coriander leaves in it. Put rice in refrigerator
