Homemade potato chips with only 2 ingredients / homemade aloo papad

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First peel off the potatoes then slice it in alum water (mix water and alum) as shown in the pic and wash it.
* Step 2
Now in a vessel take enough water and add salt and bring it to boil then add the sliced potatoes.
* Step 3
Boil it for 5-7 minutes then drain the water.
* Step 4
Now spread it on any cloth in the sun to dry for 7-8.
* Step 5
Our chips are ready put it in airtight container and store it.
* Step 6
Fry it in oil and sprinkle some red chilli powder and salt and enjoy it.
* Step 7
