Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take keema or mince in a mixing bowl add all the listed ingredients and mix it well.

* Step 2

Now make small round balls out of it. (If the mixture didn’t bind then you can add 1 tbsps roasted gram flour to make round balls or bind them).

* Step 3

Heat up a pan with oil and drop the kabab balls in heated oil, fry it nicely and remove on a kitchen towel.

* Step 4

Now our delicious and quick fried kabab is ready. Serve with green chutney.

* Step 5

Enjoy
