Wheat flour plain dosa
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take a big bowl, add wheat flour, salt, curd and water, mix it well and give it rest for 5 min.
* Step 2
Now add baking powder in it and mix it well again..now put a non stick tawa on flame when tawa become hot slow the flame and sprinkle water on tawa and spread the mixture on tawa inround shape, pour oil on it.
* Step 3
Now fry it on tawa on both the sides.and then fold it on tawa and serve it in plate with sambhar.
