This is delicious, innovative burger made up of chickpea, aloo Tikki along with cheese, mayonnaise and lays, lettuce, it's a great combination of mixed flavors
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a big mouth bowl put mashed aloo,boiled Chickpea mix up nicely add seasoning as per taste.
* Step 2
Add cornstarch, coriander mix well make nice round Tikki shape cutlets dip into cornstarch syrup and coat with bread crumbs leave into oil fry well.
* Step 3
Take bread bun make into half, fry it then apply spread.
* Step 4
Then place lettuce pieces followed Tikki cheese slice on top, arrange onion, tomato slices keep lays on it.
* Step 5
Keep another bun slice top to cover burger, serve tomato sauce, mayonnaise ready to serve
* Step 6
Very crunchy, tasty and mouth-watering.
