Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil water chop anjoor,leave into water leave 10mins

* Step 2

Then heat a cadai put sunat and cumin seeds shallow fri once it turns brown transfer to blender make fine powder

* Step 3

Take boiled anjoor pieces into blender add sugar,fried sunaf cumin powder,ice cubes make fine pulp

* Step 4

These pulp put into drainer make fine thick liquid add required water mix well

* Step 5

Take a serving glasses pour sqash garnish with mint leaves ready to serve
