#indiankitchen ..kachori is a tasty snack i made little twist kachori with kadi

Ingredient

1 cup

maida

1/2 tsp

cumin powder

1/2 tsp

amchoor

1 tsp

salt

1 cup

besan

1 tsp

cumin

3 tsp

oil

2 tsp

chana dal

2 tsp

curd

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl put flour,sakt,oil pour water make soft doe rest for 10mins

* Step 2

Mean while heat a pan add oil put mustard seeds,cumin seeds when it's splits add drained moong dal add spicyseasoning

* Step 3

Mix well take doe make kachori shape stuff already prepared moong dal masala close make it kachori shape leave into oil

* Step 4

Fri well once it's get golden colour take out

* Step 5

Heat a pan pour oil add tadaka when it's splits add chilli,curry leaves,chana dal mean while take a bowl put flour,curd,turmeric pour water to nice batter

* Step 6

Pour these batter on to tadaka add required water add salt keep boil once it's thick nice kadi formed

7.take kachori cut by half on serving plate pour kadi on top garnish with chilli powder ready
