Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a kadai pour oil add mustard seeds,jeera seeds fry well when it's splits add chilli pieces,urad dal keep fry
* Step 2
Fry well dal should get gold colour,add coriander mix well pour water as 1:2 ratio keep boil add salt
* Step 3
Once water get bubbling put rice flour mix well close lid turn off rest chill down,take out to plate mash with palms take
* Step 4
Small amount round up the shape dip a finger into rice ball pundi is ready all pundi is put into idli plate
* Step 5
These plate put into idli steamer close lid steam at 15 mins..then take out serve with chutney
