Lamb, Carrots with Carrots Top Salad
Flouring and frying is the Southern basic way. Nothing is safe from being fried. Bacon, biscuits, grits, pineapple, even ice cream, and candybars get fried. So lamb can be floured and fried, you betcha!!!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Season the lamb. Season the flour and mix.
* Step 2
Add the lamb chops to the flour and coat the lamb lightly. Get the oil hot and allow the flour to really stick to the chops.
* Step 3
Wash all the carrots and cut the tops of the carrots after washing them. Cut and splitting the thicker parts of the carrots add jus the bottom parts to the oil the lamb is frying in.
* Step 4
As the lamb gets done move them to a plate. Cook the carrots till fork tender. When done move to a plate and lightly salt to taste. Oh yes, almost forgot, the carrots will be sweet tasting.
* Step 5
Cut the tops, look them over, good. Add the cheese and dressing mix and allow to rest.
* Step 6
Right before serving chop and add the pickles, toss together and serve, I hope you enjoy!!!
