powdered sugar

baking powder
1/2 tsp
baking soda
1 cup
melted ghee
Pinch
salt
1 cup
curd
1 tsp
instant coffee
1 tbsp
hot water
1 tsp
Vanilla Essence
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add water and coffee mix well keep aside
* Step 2
In a bowl add curd, 1 tsp powdered sugar, beking powder, beking soda mix well & keep a side for 5 minutes
* Step 3
In a bowl whisk ghee & sugar well then sive and add remaining dry ingredients,curd mixture, vanilla essence & whisk.lastly add coffee concotion and give a quick mix
* Step 4
Pour in a greased cake tin and bake in a preheated cooker for 30 minutes on medium flame
