Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl add chopped coriander,gram flour, rice flour, ginger, chilli, garlic paste, dry spices, salt,sesame mix all ingredients nicely add water little by little and make a dough
* Step 2
Take a steamer place these dough over it and steam for 10-15 mins
* Step 3
When cool down take out the roll, now cut it, shallow fry it both sides
* Step 5
Making chat :- place Kothimbir vadi in a plate put some chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, chopped potato, sweet curd, tamarind chutney, mint chutney, chat masala, coriander, sev
