Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take flour in a deep pan. Add salt to it and 1tsp of oil in it. Knead a soft dough. Cover it and let it rest for 10-15 minutes

* Step 2

Meanwhile we can prepare the stuffing. Take a boiled potatoes. Mash it properly to it add all the dry masala and fenugreek leaves. Heat a pan and add oil to it. Let it warm up and then hing to it. Put the potato Masala in it and cook it for 5-6 minutes. Let it cool down

* Step 3

Put a pan on flame 🔥. Keep the flame on medium.

* Step 4

Take a little amount of dough, roll it a little, put the mashed and cooked potato masala in the middle and cover it for all the side and roll it again.

* Step 5

Put it on the pan and cook it from both the side till it turn golden brown by flipping it.
