Ingredient

2 cups

milk

1 cup

sugar

1/4 tsp

cardamom

1/4 cup

milk powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a heavy bottom pan. Start boiling the milk 🥛

* Step 2

Keep stirring the milk occasionally and boil it till it reduces to half or 3/4.

* Step 3

Once milk reduces to half and milk powder to it.

* Step 4

Boil it for another 10 minutes. Make sure there will be no lumps in the milk.

* Step 5

Add Cardamom powder and saffron strands to it.

* Step 6

Boil it for another 5 minutes.

* Step 7

Let the mixture cool down completely.

* Step 8

Once it’s cool down, fill the mixture in a ice cream molds.

* Step 9

Freeze it for 6-7 hours or overnight.
