Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add flours, mix it very well.

* Step 2

Add all.spices mix it.

* Step 3

Add chopped veggies mix it.

* Step 4

Add curd & water mix it very well.

* Step 5

Heat a pan, sprinkle some oil in it, let it heat.

* Step 6

Now pour the batter in the circle, thin layer.

* Step 7

Cook, it medium-slow flame both sides, till crispy.

* Step 8

Now remove it from the flame.

* Step 9

Serve it hot, hot.with green chutney & curd.

* Step 10
