Tinde ke kofte

Made by green veggies,yummy & delicious.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a wide bowl put all gratedthings.mix it well.

* Step 2

Add crushed paneer,green chilli & coriander from this.

* Step 3

Mix some salt, cumin seeds,milk powder,crushed dryfruits.knead it like a dough.

* Step 4

Mix it well &,make small balls from this dough.

* Step 5

Heat the oil in a pan. Put all prepared balls in it.fry it till golden.

* Step 6

It can be bake also in oven.

* Step 7

In the same pan reduce some oil, heat it & put cumin seeds.crackle it. Put ginger, garlic paste,stir it.add onion fry it pink.

* Step 8

Add turmeric,chilli, coriander powder.mix it.add some water cook it 1 miniute.add salt.

* Step 9

Add tomato puree cook it 2 miniute.

* Step 10

Add garam masala &1 cup of milk.

* Step 11

Add some water for gravy.Boil it 5 minute.

* Step 12

Pour it on the fried koftas.

* Step 13

Put some cream in it.

* Step 14

Garnish it with coriander leaf.

* Step 15

It can be served lunch / or dinner.

* Step 16

A tasty dish is ready to serve.
