Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Roast all whole masale & onion,garlic with 2 tsp ghee.in heat pan
* Step 2
Roast it in slow flame it should be pink.
* Step 3
Remove it from the flam.let it cool.grind it with 1 cup of milk
* Step 4
In a heat pan add oil heat it.put.1 Bay leaf,add tomato cook it 2 miniute.add chilli, turmeric,coriander powder,add sugar. sprinkle some water.
* Step 5
Add chicken sautye it cook it high flame 5 miniute
* Step 6
Slow the flame,add griended masala.cook it slow.
* Step 7
Add salt,Mushroom powder.
* Step 9
Add water for.greavy.it should be thick.
* Step 10
When it Cooked remove it from the flame.in.a laddle put ghee,add methi leaves,temper chicken from this.put the lid.
* Step 11
While serving garnish it with coriander leaves..
* Step 12
It will go with lachcha Parantha very well.
