Fried Ice Cream dessert

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take the vanilla ice cream out of freezer and let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes or so to soften.
* Step 2
Melt the butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the crushed corn flakes and sugar. Stir to combine. Fry mixture for 5 minutes to get golden brown, stirring constantly.
* Step 3
Take 9"×13" baking dish and spread 1/3 of the mixture into the bottom of the pan. (I sprayed mine with cooking spray) set aside.
* Step 4
In a large bowl, add softened ice cream and cool whip and cinnamon. Mix lightly. Using a spatula, spread ice cream mixture over the top of corn flake mixture in bottom of pan.
* Step 5
Spread remaining corn flake mixture over the ice cream. Drizzle the honey over the top. Cover pan, place in freezer. Freeze for at least 5 hours, or overnight.
* Step 6
Cut into squares and serve with drizzles of chocolate syrup and caramel sauce. Top with some whipped cream and a cherry. Yum!
